I have declared war on Jamster!Permalink: 4/09/2005 03:35:00 AM | << Back HomeWith all of the recent press about Jamster's service, concerning how it's not actually free, I used to say "read the fine print." However, with smashTheTONES becoming more and more popular, I've decided to declare war on Jamster, with myself and the consumer in-mind. as seen on digg! | digg this story (+1) | view post Here are the advantages of using sTT: 1. It's actually free. (and it's not a subscription, and there's no obligation) 2. It supports more phones, including Sprint and Verizon phones, as well as other smaller carriers around the world. 3. It lets you use your own music and photos, rather than a predefined selection. 4. And last, you're supporting a teenager's business dreams, rather than some corporation's. I've used Jamster in the past, and I have to say that it is a nice service. However, the terms in their agreements and fine-print are deceptive, and something must be done. Boycott Jamster, and join the thousands using sTT every day! Yours truly, smash Link |
