AWESOME Graffiti paint job on my friend's VW Golf!

Car used to be an absolute sh*tbox, but now it's brilliant. A friend of a friend painted it for him to keep his tagging-addiction sustained since he's on the Boston "go-to-jail list."

"cops are goin to F with me...but graffeti as a paint job isnt illegal is it..lol
you see these cars with complete vinyl wrap advertisments so why would it be illegal...i just need so insight and some ammo for if and when i do get pulled over
